The S.S. Lootah Group has been part of the fabric of Dubai since the 1960s. Our work has spanned construction, development, manufacturing and trade — but real estate has remained the constant.
We are not an agency that lists other people's buildings. The properties on this site were developed by the Group and, in most cases, are still owned by it. That changes the relationship — with the building, and with the people who live or work in it.
